We are currently seeking to hire individuals to assist with tele-interviewing.

Job Description

• Process telephone interview requests.
• Compile interview information into appropriate form and reports for our customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong computer knowledge
• High volume call handling
• Individuals with life/health insurance background, knowledge of medical terminology are a real plus.
• This is a work-at-home position
