We are currently seeking to hire individuals to assist in medical records retrieval.

Job Description

• Retrieval of health information from medical facilities via phone.
• Provide phone assistance and support to clients and applicants.
• Perform both individually and as a team to meet dailt production expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates will have the ability to type 40+ WPM, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone as well as excellent data entry skills. Successful individuals will work with little supervision, think outside the box and be goal oriented.
• One year of experience in a life/health insurance related field or other medical environment is preferred, however, candidates with strong customer and/or call center experience as well as recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
