Carol Dineen

Carol Dineen is the company President and has been with the corporation since its inception.

Mark Adam

Mark Adam is our Account Manager and has been in this position for 5 years. He has a BS in Communication from the University of Wisconsin. He has worked with all existing customers and has been able to help grow new relationships by communicating ongoing standards and procedures. Mark currently handles high level communication for 25 client companies.

Scott Leach

Scott Leach, FLMI is the Chief Underwriter for MRS, and an independent consultant to the life and health industry. He has over 35 years of underwriting experience with extensive exposure to life, health, disability and critical illness product lines. In his capacity as Chief Underwriter for MRS, Scott has been involved in Individual Health case underwriting and underwriting referrals, development and implementation of health and life underwriting guidelines, dynamic workflow projects, marketing, training and comprehensive audits covering health and life underwriting, Tele-underwriting and claims.

Shaheeb Roshan

Shaheeb Roshan has been IT Manager at MRS for 4 years and oversees all of our system upgrades and maintenance. Shaheeb holds a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin and oversees his team of developers and technical support reps. Shaheeb is largely responsible for the system development of the heuristic drilldown format of our telephone questionnaires and applications.
